Titanium Wish offers a lifetime warranty from defects in material and workmanship. If any defects are found, we will repair it free of charge. If the defect is unrepairable, Titanium Wish will replace it with the same model, or an equivalent model if it is no longer available. If the original model is no longer available, you will be notified before we will proceed with its replacement.

Titanium Wish is not liable for lost or damaged diamonds or gemstones. However, Titanium Wish will reset any original stones if needed, free of charge. If lost or damaged diamonds or gemstones need replacing, please contact our sales department to get the pricing for the replacement stone(s). We will set the new stone(s) free of charge upon your purchase of replacement diamonds or gemstones. A return shipping fee will apply for this service.

A lifetime repolishing warranty is also included with all Titanium Wish rings. Titanium Wish will refinish our rings at anytime that its owner deems necessary. There will be a return shipping fee.

Before returning a product, a return of merchandise authorization number MUST be obtained from our service department. This number must be clearly placed on the front of the package before sending it to us. All packages without this number will be returned to the sender. Collect shipments will not be accepted. All warranties are only valid with the original certificate. Please have the original certificate available before requesting a return of merchandise authorization number.

Titanium Wish lifetime warranties are void if product is deemed to be improperly cared for, improperly maintained or neglected by its owner. Warranties would also be void if any modifications or repairs are performed by anybody other than Titanium Wish. If there is accidental damage, please contact our service department for a consult. Service fees may or may not apply depending on the serverity of the damage. However, lifetime warranties will not be voided because Titanium Wish peformed its repairs.

 

Titanium Wish stands by its rings. And for this reason, warranties are not limited to the original purchaser, but to the rings. Ensure that the owner always has its original certificate which came with the ring. And if the ring does change owners, please ensure that the original certificate gets passed on with the ring and have the new owner contact our service department to register themselves in our files. The certificate number is required before any changes can be made.
