Titanium Wish shipments

Titanium Wish includes free regular shipping for all new orders shipped to the Continental US, Hawaii and Canada. If Express shipping is desired, a shipping charge of $30 USD will be added. Please contact our sales department for shipping costs of destinations outside of the Continental US, Hawaii or Canada.

Titanium Wish will only ship orders to confirmed addresses listed with your credit card. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address not listed with your credit card, you will be required to call your credit card issuer and have them add the desired address as an alternate shipping address before we can process your order. This process is necessary to deter potential fraud and to ensure the security of the cardholder and ourselves.

All rings are made to order. Each ring may have a different delivery time. Estimated turn around times for the Continental US and Canada are included in the description of each product on our website. For all other locations, including Hawaii, US Military (APO/FPO) and international, please contact our sales department for the estimated time of delivery. Upon confirmation of an order, an email notification will be sent to you along with the estimated date of arrival. A second email will be sent with the tracking number once the shipment has been sent.

Shipping to Titanium Wish

Before shipping anything to Titanium Wish, an authorization number MUST be obtained from our service department. This number must be clearly placed on the front of the package before sending it to us. All packages without this number will be returned to the sender. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Please ensure that all applicable customs and duties fees are prepaid before packages are sent to us. US residents please ship packages to our US shipping address and Canadian residents please ship packages to our Canadian address to avoid such fees. Residents outside of the US and Canada are required to send their packages to our Canadian address. Please be sure to choose appropriate packaging so as to avoid disclosing the nature of contents and to protect the product from damage. Titanium Wish is not responsible for loss or theft in the mail system.
