Unlike gold or platinum rings, titanium rings cannot be stretched or shrunken. The only way to resize a titanium ring would be to grind the inside of the ring. So a titanium ring can be enlarged once by up to a 1/2 size and cannot be made smaller. If a ring needs to be enlarged by more than a 1/2 size or if it needs to be smaller, then a new ring will need to be remade. Please see our remake policy if this is the case.

If you would like to have your titanium ring enlarged by 1/4 or 1/2 size, you will need to contact our service department and arrange for the resize. This service is free, but there is a return shipping fee. You must contact Titanium Wish by email or phone to receive a resize authorization number. This resize authorization number must be clearly placed on the front of the package before sending it to us. All packages without this number will be returned to the sender. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Please have your ring certificate which came with your original order handy, as you will be required to supply us with your certificate number.
