Remake

Titanium Wish will remake a ring if you need a different size from that of your original order. There is a remake fee of 20% of the original order plus return shipping costs. However, if you request a remake within the first 30 days upon our delivery date of the original order, Titanium Wish will waive the remake fee and remake the ring for you for free. There will be a return shipping fee and there will be only one free remake per ring, per original order. You must contact Titanium Wish by email or phone to receive a remake authorization number. This remake authorization number must be clearly placed on the front of the package before sending it to us. All packages without this number will be returned to the sender. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Please have your ring certificate which came with your original order handy, as you will be required to supply us with your certificate number.

If the remake needed is to increase the ring size by a 1/4 or a 1/2 size, then a remake may not be needed. You may have the ring resized if it has never been resized before. This service is free, but there is a return shipping fee (resize policy). If you need the ring to be increased by more than a 1/2 size, or if you need a smaller ring, then a remake would be needed.

Exchange

Exchanges are available within the first 30 days from our shipping date of the original order. There is an exchange fee of 20% of the original order plus return shipping fees for an exchange for a new ring which cost is equal or less than the original ring ordered. For an exchange for a new ring which cost is greater than the original order, the exchange fee of 20% of the original order plus return shipping fees still apply, plus you will need to pay the difference in cost for the new ring. You must contact Titanium Wish by email or phone to receive an exchange authorization number before the 30 days are up. Please have your ring certificate which came with your original order handy, as you will be required to supply us with your certificate number. This exchange authorization number must be clearly placed on the front of the package before sending it to us. All packages without this number will be returned to the sender. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Titanium Wish must receive the product within 21 days after issuing the exchange authorization number or the exchange will not be granted and the exchange authorization number will no longer be valid.
