You may request a refund within the first 30 days from our shipping date of the original order. There is a return fee of 25% of the original order. You must contact Titanium Wish by email or phone to receive a return authorization number before the 30 days are up. Please have your ring certificate which came with your original order handy, as you will be required to supply us with your certificate number. This return authorization number must be clearly placed on the front of the package before sending it to us. All packages without this number will be returned to the sender. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Titanium Wish must receive the product within 21 days after issuing the return authorization number or the refund will not be granted and the return authorization number will no longer be valid. All refunds will be made after Titanium Wish has received the product with its original certificate and has verified the validity of the return authorization number and that the ring is in its original condition. Titanium Wish will send an email upon processing the refund. Please note that credit card companies have their own processing time which Titanium Wish does not have control of and is not responsible for. Please contact our service department if you wish to have a refund.

Exchanges are also available on orders within the first 30 days from our shipping date of the original order. There is an exchange fee of 20% of the original order instead of the 25% fee on refunds. For more information on this option, please see our exchange policy.
