Included with all Titanium Wish rings is a lifetime repolishing warranty. Titanium Wish will refinish our rings at anytime that its owner deems necessary. This service is free, but there will be a return shipping fee.

If you would like to have your titanium ring refinished, you will need to contact our service department and arrange for the service. Please have your ring certificate which came with your original order handy, as you will be required to supply us with your certificate number. You must contact Titanium Wish by email or phone to receive a refinishing authorization number. This refinishing authorization number must be clearly placed on the front of the package before sending it to us. All packages without this number will be returned to the sender. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
