Can I return my ring for a refund? Yes you can. You have 30 days upon our shipping date of the original order. There is a refund fee of 25%. You must contact us by email or phone to receive a refund authorization number before the 30 days are up. For more information, please see our refund policy.
Are rings from Titanium Wish made of aircraft grade titanium? Yes. Titanium Wish only uses aircraft grade titanium: 6AL-4V (90% titanium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium). This grade of titanium is both very strong and very light. There are other titanium composites available, but we ensure that each of our titanium rod shipments have been tested and certified to be true 6AL-4V titanium.
How do I get my ring size? You will need a ring sizer to get your ring size. A string or paper will not work because a ring is round and will not shape or de-form around your finger like a string would. Either visit a local jeweler or contact our sales department for help. Titanium Wish uses US sizing.
Can a titanium ring be resized? Unlike gold or platinum rings, titanium rings cannot be stretched or shrunken. The only way to resize a titanium ring would be to grind the inside of the ring. So a ring can be enlarged once by up to a 1/2 size and cannot be made smaller. If a ring needs to be enlarged by more than a 1/2 size or if it needs to be smaller, then a new ring will need to be remade. Titanium Wish will resize or remake a ring once for free within the first 30 days upon our delivery date of original orders. Please see our resize policy or remake policy for more details.
Can I get my titanium ring repolished? All rings from Titanium Wish can be repolished. This service is free of charge, but you will need to cover shipping fees of either $10 (regular shipping) or $40 (express shipping). If you wish to have your titanium ring repolished or refinished, you will need to follow our instructions in our refinishing policy section.
Do Titanium Wish rings come with a comfort fit or straight fit? All Titanium Wish rings come with comfort fit. This means the ring's interior is an even curve for greatest comfort. A straight fit ring, also known as a pipe cut, has a flat interior and is likely rounded at its edges so that it doesn't cut the skin. But because of its flatness, the wider the ring is, the less comfortable it will be. A comfort fit is one constant curve for maximum comfort.
Can Titanium Wish make ring styles not shown on their website? Titanium Wish makes all rings locally and can make almost any style. If you know what you want, but you don't see it on our website, please contact our sales department to request a quote. If you see something you like from a different website that is not available on ours, please email our sales department with all the information available, and we will be honored to check it out for you. As long as we are able to make it, we will not only match the price, but because of your loyality to us, we will give you an additional 10% off.
Are titanium rings hypo-allergenic? Yes they are. Titanium is very unreactive, so allergic reactions are very rare. Most people who have reactions to gold, platinum and/or silver, tend to be able to wear titanium jewelry. Titanium does not consist of any nickel, therefore those who are allergic to the nickel in the above mentioned precious metals, usually don't have any reaction to titanium jewelry.
How can I pay for my order? Titanium Wish uses PayPal for all payments. This allows our customers to use most major credit cards, while having the assurance that all transactions are secured by Paypal services. You do not need a Paypal account if you are paying by credit card, even though Paypal handles the payment. If you have a Paypal account of your own, you have the choice of making your payment using your Paypal account too. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hestitate to contact our sales department.
I'm in Canada. Is there Canadian pricing on the titanium rings and can I pay in Canadian funds? Titanium Wish's pricing are based on the US dollar. For Canadian pricing, the US dollar amount is converted into Canadian funds using that moments international exchange rate. Unlike other online stores that may choose to charge a higher exchange rate when posting their Canadian pricing, Titanium Wish does not gain on the rate exchange. Customers pay the current price at the current rate. At checkout, after you've entered your payment information, Paypal will convert the amount into Canadian funds and show you the exchange rate. You may then proceed with the payment in Canadian funds, or if you prefer, you may change it back to US funds. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hestitate to contact our sales department. |
